การลงทะเบียน NexGen และการเชื่อมโยงบัญชี iThesis กับบัญชี NexGen / How to Register NexGen and link your iThesis account with NexGen

เมื่อผู้ใช้งาน iThesis ต้องการใช้งาน Rover AI (รองรับบน iThesis Add-in เวอร์ชันใหม่ 1.4.0.0 เป็นต้นไป) ผู้ใช้งานจะต้องเปิดบัญชีใช้งาน (register) กับ iThesis NexGen Mobile และทำการเชื่อมโยงบัญชีใช้งานระบบ iThesis กับบัญชี NexGen โดยมีเงื่อนไขว่าผู้ใช้งานระบบ iThesis 1 บัญชี จะเชื่อมต่อกับบัญชีของ NexGen ได้เพียง 1 บัญชีเท่านั้น แต่ NexGen 1 บัญชีสามารถเชื่อมโยงกับบัญชี iThesis ได้หลายบัญชี รองรับเมื่อผู้ใช้งานเป็นนักศึกษามากกว่า 1 มหาวิทยาลัย โดยเมื่อเชื่อมโยงบัญชี iThesis กับ NexGen และใช้งาน Login via Mobile App แล้ว จะพบกับหน้าจอด้านล่างและสามารถใช้งาน Co-Creation with AI ได้ 


 

ปัจจุบันการเชื่อมโยงบัญชี NexGen กับบัญชี iThesis จะรองรับเฉพาะการเชื่อมโยงบัญชีใช้งานไอทีสิสของนักศึกษาเท่านั้นเพื่อใช้งานฟีเจอร์นี้ เนื่องจาก iThesis Add-in (NexGen) จะสามารถใช้งานได้เฉพาะนิสิตนักศึกษา สำหรับบทบาทอื่น ๆ สามารถใช้งาน Rover AI ได้ผ่าน iThesis NexGen Mobile และ Rover WebChat

ขั้นตอนในการลงทะเบียน NexGen Account


1. เปิดแอปพลิเคชัน iThesis NexGen Mobile
  1. คลิกที่นี่ https://get-ithesis-nexgen.onelink.me/
  2. หรือ Scan QR Code เพื่อ Download Application


2. เข้าสู่ระบบที่ iThesis NexGen Mobile ด้วยบัญชีหลัก โดยกดที่ tab to sign in หากยังไม่มีบัญชีใช้งานสามารถลงทะเบียนได้โดยกดที่ Register



 
3. เมื่อ Register สำเร็จ หน้าจอแรกจะแสดงชื่อผู้ลงทะเบียน ส่วนนี้จะเรียกว่าบัญชีผู้ใช้งานเนกซ์เจน (NexGen User Account) ซึ่งจะยังไม่ใช่บัญชีผู้ใช้งานไอทีสิส

 
Infoข้อสังเกต หากมีชื่อและ logo ของ NexGen ขึ้น แสดงว่าผ่านการลงทะเบียนแล้ว และอยู่ในพื้นที่ของตนเอง ซึ่งยังไม่เชื่อมโยงกับระบบไอทีสิสของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยด้านล่างจะแสดงเพียง 4 เมนู


การเชื่อมโยงกับบัญชี iThesis กับบัญชี NexGen 

1. กดที่โปรไฟล์มุมซ้ายบน จะพบกับเมนูเพิ่มบัญชี หรือ Add account



2. ทำการเพิ่มบัญชีไอทีสิส โดยสามารถทำได้ 3 วิธี

วิธีที่ 1 หากนักศึกษา login เข้า iThesis Add-in (Nex-Gen) ไว้แล้ว สามารถกดที่ Tab to sign-in NexGen จะปรากฏ QR code ขึ้นมา จากนั้นให้กด Scan QR to add account เพื่อสแกน QR code ดังกล่าว

วิธีที่ 2 หากยังไม่เคย login เข้า iThesis Add-in (Nex-Gen) เลือกชื่อสถาบัน และกรอก username password ของบัญชีไอทีสิสของสถาบันที่ใช้งานอยู่ จากนั้นกด เชื่อมต่อ 

วิธีที่ 3 สามารถใช้การเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี Microsoft กรณีที่อีเมลของบัญชีไอทีสิสเป็น Microsoft Email และมีการ login ไว้แล้วที่อุปกรณ์ดังกล่าว




3. ระบบจะทำการเชื่อมต่อบัญชีไอทีสิสของท่านกับบัญชีเนกซ์เจน โดยท่านสามารถใช้ฟังก์ชัน Login via mobile app ในการเข้าสู่ระบบที่ iThesis Office Add-in ได้ 

ข้อสังเกต หลังจากเชื่อมต่อบัญชีไอทีสิสแล้ว เมนูด้านล่างจะแสดงเป็น 5 รายการแทน และยังสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับบัญชีไอทีสิสได้มากกว่า 1 บัญชีกรณีนักศึกษาสังกัดสถาบันที่ใช้ระบบไอทีสิสมากกว่า 1 สถาบัน โดยสามารถดูบัญชีที่ผูกไว้ได้โดยการกดที่ไอคอนสถาบันด้านขวาบน ไอคอนนี้จะแสดงบัญชีที่กำลังใช้งานอยู่ และสามารถกดสลับบัญชีได้ตามต้องการ

 

การสลับบัญชีใช้งานระหว่างบัญชีไอทีสิส (iThesis account) ที่ผูกไว้กับบัญชีเนกซ์เจน (NexGen account)

สามารถทำได้โดยการกดที่โปรไฟล์มุมซ้ายสองครั้ง หรือกดที่ไอคอนสถาบันด้านขวาบน 1 ครั้ง จะมีรายการบัญชีแสดงขึ้นที่ด้านล่างของจอ สามารถเลือกบัญชีที่ต้องการใช้งานได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องกรอก username และ password ใหม่

เมื่อท่านเชื่อมต่อบัญชีไอทีสิสกับบัญชีเนกซ์เจนแล้ว
1. ท่านสามารถใช้ Login via mobile app ได้

2. ท่านสามารถใช้งาน Rover AI บน iThesis Office Add-in ได้ 

3. ท่านสามารถดูรายการวิทยานิพนธ์ที่บันทึกเข้าระบบไอทีสิส สามารถกดตรวจ plagiarism และรับการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อตรวจเสร็จ

หากเชื่อมต่อบัญชีแล้ว แต่พบว่ายังไม่สามารถใช้งาน Rover AI ได้ ให้ทำการ login via mobile app ที่ iThesis Office Add-in ถึงจะสามารถใช้งาน Rover AI ได้

     


When iThesis users want to use the Rover AI (available from iThesis Add-in version 1.4.0.0 onwards), they must register an account with iThesis NexGen Mobile and link their iThesis account with their NexGen account. Note that one iThesis account can only be linked to one NexGen account. However, one NexGen account can be linked to multiple iThesis accounts, making it ideal for users who are students at more than one university.

Once the iThesis account is linked with NexGen and you log in via the mobile app, you will see the interface below and can start utilizing Co-Creation with AI.



Currently, linking a NexGen account with an iThesis account is only supported for student iThesis accounts to access this feature. This is because the iThesis Office Add-in is exclusively available for students. Other roles can access Rover AI via the iThesis NexGen Mobile Application.

How to register NexGen Account

The steps to link the accounts are as follows:
1. Open the iThesis NexGen Mobile.
  1. Click here https://get-ithesis-nexgen.onelink.me/
  2. Or this Scan QR Code to Download Application

2. Log in to iThesis NexGen Mobile with the main account by pressing Tab to sign-in. Press Register if you do not have an account. 


3. Click on the profile at the top left corner to find the "Add Account" menu.

If the NexGen name and logo are displayed, it indicates that the registration process is complete and you are in your personal workspace. However, the account has not yet been linked to the university's iThesis system. In this state, only 4 menu options will be shown at the bottom.

Linking an iThesis Account with a NexGen Account

  1. Access the Profile Menu
    Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner. You will see the option to "Add Account."


2. Add an iThesis Account to NexGen Account

There are three methods to link your iThesis account:

Method 1:

  1. If you have already logged into the iThesis Add-in (Nex-Gen), tap "Tab to sign-in"
  2. A QR code will appear.
  3. Tap Scan QR to add account  to scan the QR code.

Method 2:

  1. If you have not yet logged into the iThesis Add-in (Nex-Gen), select your institution's name.
  2. Enter the username and password of your institution's iThesis account.
  3. Tap "Connect."

Method 3:

  1. Use Microsoft Account Login if your iThesis account email is a Microsoft email address.
  2. Ensure that you are already logged into this Microsoft account on your device.







3. The system will link your iThesis account with your NexGen account, enabling you to log in to the iThesis Office Add-in using the Login via mobile app feature.

Remark: After linking your iThesis account, the bottom menu will display 5 items instead of 4. Additionally, you can link multiple iThesis accounts if you are a student affiliated with multiple institutions using the iThesis system.

To view linked accounts, tap the institution icon in the top-right corner. This icon shows the currently active account, and you can switch between accounts as needed.


How to switch account between iThesis user and NexGen user


Press at the profile on the left top and it will be the list of account pop-up from the bottom of mobile screen (or top of mobile screen depended on the settings). Then, select the account you want to access without filling username and password again.

Once you have linked your iThesis account with your NexGen account:
1. You can use Login via mobile app

2. You can use the Rover AI on iThesis Office Add-in via "Co-creation with AI". 

3. You can view the list of theses recorded in the iThesis system, check for plagiarism, and receive notifications when the check is complete.




Notes
If you have connected the iThesis accounts but still cannot use Rover AI, you need to perform "log in via the mobile app" on the iThesis Office Add-in to enable the Rover AI.
